We are now members of the Smart Tourist Destinations Network

We are delighted to announce that we have joined the Smart Tourist Destinations Network (Red DTI) as a collaborating member. This initiative is promoted by the Secretary of State for Tourism and managed by SEGITTUR, the Spanish State-owned Company for the Management of Innovation and Tourism Technologies.

🤝 The DTI Network connects destinations and organisations that are already actively working on projects linked to the Smart Tourist Destinations model, promoting the exchange of experiences and best practices.

🏛️ For Anphis, being part of this ecosystem is an opportunity to continue developing projects alongside public institutions, contributing—through engineering and applied technology—to the development of more innovative, sustainable, accessible and better governed destinations.

🚀 We continue to work on technological solutions applied to the public and tourism sectors, sharing knowledge and learning alongside the other members of the Network.

Air Conditioning Upgrade Project for the Naval Museum of Madrid

🏛️ Today we're sharing one of our latest projects from the Engineering department. This project involved upgrading the air conditioning system in Building A of the Navy Headquarters – Naval Museum, a late 19th-century building located in the heart of Madrid with significant historical and institutional value.

📐 This large building, with nearly 20,000 m² of floor space and several levels, houses administrative offices and areas of continuous use. This necessitates maintaining stable comfort levels, but also requires meticulous attention to detail in all technical work.

⚙️ Our work focused on defining an air conditioning solution that would improve the system's efficiency and reliability, modernizing the existing heat production without altering the building's appearance or introducing unnecessary visual impacts. To achieve this, existing technical areas were utilized, and discreet solutions, compatible with the original architecture, were implemented.

💡This type of project reminds us that, in historic buildings, interventions should fulfill their function and remain unobtrusive.

As always, we've included a couple of photos of the site.

Alcorcón advances in sustainability with support from Anphis

Today we are sharing a new breakthrough for Anphis in the field of engineering and energy transition! ⚡

We have completed 11 assessed reports for the Alcorcón City Council, as part of the technical assistance contract aimed at planning energy efficiency and sustainable mobility actions in municipal buildings.

This work has allowed us to analyse in detail educational centres such as CEIP Agustín de Argüelles, CEIP Chaves Nogales and CEIP Fuente del Palomar, evaluating aerothermal solutions, modernisation of air conditioning systems and photovoltaic self-consumption. ☀️

These reports — prior to the drafting of the final projects — provide the Administration with a solid technical and economic basis for decision-making, in line with European and national decarbonisation policies ♻️.

We remain committed to providing rigorous engineering, realistic solutions and a strategic vision that enables cities to move towards more sustainable energy models. 🌍

Thank you to Alcorcón City Council for placing their trust in our team! 🤝 Here is a picture of one of the centres, CEIP Agustín de Argüelles.

SIDEA, the project we have been working on, is now available.

SIDEA, the Intelligent System of Entrepreneurship Indicators in Andalusia, promoted by ANDALUCIA EMPRENDE, FUNDACIÓN PUBLICA ANDALUZA, has been presented to offer the entrepreneurial ecosystem clear, connected and easy-to-interpret data. 📊✨

Beyond its launch, SIDEA reflects a key trend in government: moving from storing data to converting it into public value.

Consistent indicators, well-structured models and accessible visualisations that help make better decisions.

Over the past few months, we at Anphis Servicios de Ingeniería y Tecnología Aplicada have provided technical support for this process, and we are proud to see how our joint work with the Andalucía Emprende team has resulted in real and useful tools for the region. 🤝

🔗 We invite you to read the full article at the following link, published by Europa Press, which explains the scope and relevance of the system.

We are starting new technical projects in six public secondary schools in Asturias

📢 This week, our engineering team is travelling to Asturias to begin work on drafting technical projects for six public secondary schools in Asturias:

📍IES Carmen y Severo Ochoa - Luarca

📍IES La Ería - Oviedo

📍IES Elisa y Luis Villamil - Vegadeo

📍IES Nº1 - Gijón

📍IES Valle de Aller - Moreda

📍IES Rosario Acuña - Gijón

🛠️ We have a busy week of visits ahead of us, during which we will collect technical data and analyse the existing facilities in order to draw up projects that will ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

💡 Thanks to Sophia, our AI-powered public tender notification and strategy software, we can bid for contracts like this and continue to grow our experience in engineering applied to infrastructure, in this case, educational infrastructure.

📚 Can you imagine if your school had been awarded a project like this?

Here is a current image of one of them, IES La Ería, in Oviedo.

Anphis in Barcelona - Smart City Expo World Congress under the EDINT project

📍 We travelled to Fira Barcelona to participate in the Smart City Expo World Congress as part of the EDINT project alongside Alcoy City Council, one of 12 cities selected nationwide to promote an urban management model based on data, interoperability and public-private collaboration.

This collaboration comes after several years of working together on the digitisation of the local economic fabric, especially with the in.alcoi.org platform for industry and commerce, a project already underway and closely aligned with EDINT's objectives.

💡 For us, being here has a double meaning.

On the one hand, because EDINT puts us at the beginning of the process, contributing vision to the design. And on the other, because we come with previous experience in municipal digitisation projects linked to areas such as commerce, tourism and industry, always with data as the central axis. Many of these projects have been, in a way, the prelude to what EDINT represents: going one step further, building shared data spaces and making decisions based on the joint vision of cities, businesses and the administration.

Being present at the Smart City Expo World Congress will allow us to contribute a vision built on real projects, urban needs and the knowledge accumulated from our experience.

📅 In addition, on Wednesday, 6 November, we will be participating in the EDINT Business Roundtable, talking about the use case we are working on:

➡️ Economic and commercial activity map

📍 Hall 3 · CC4 – Room 4.4

🕚 11:00–12:00

If you are going to be at the fair and are interested in learning more about our work, this is a great place to meet up!

🚀 EDINT takes off in Alcoi

Today we had the privilege of being part of a new step in the transformation of smart territories with the inauguration of the Centre of Excellence and Data Office (CEOD) at Alcoy Town Hall.

This is a key milestone in the EDINT project, and we are particularly proud that Alcoi is the only municipality with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants in the network, demonstrating that data-driven innovation can be a real lever for development, regardless of the size of the territory.

During the conference, the triple impact that this new centre will have was highlighted:

↗️ For citizens: it will improve their quality of life through more efficient and personalised services.

↗️ For businesses: it will strengthen the local fabric and promote a collaborative data economy.

↗️ For the territory: it will act as an engine of wealth, talent and investment, promoting sustainability and competitiveness.

💭 At the business round table, we had the opportunity to share the vision of Anphis Servicios de Ingeniería y Tecnología Aplicada together with Techfriendly Solutions and Telefónica, highlighting the role of #EDINT as a bridge between administrations and the private sector to develop innovative solutions in mobility, energy and sustainability.

This is only the first step on an exciting journey, in which we remain committed to transforming territories with data and local talent 🤝

We are proud to be part of this initial push towards smarter, more connected cities!

Anphis at VDS 2025: connecting businesses and the public sector with AI

🚀 This week we were in Valencia at the VDS 2025 trade fair, where innovation and technology go hand in hand.

From the Pitch Stage, our colleague Vicente Asensi shared ANPHIS's trajectory and how, thanks to Sophia (our AI-powered software for notification and strategy in public tenders), we have grown and transformed the way we work over the last two years.

💡SOPHIA was created as an internal tool and has now become a service that helps companies throughout Spain to access public tenders in a simple and intelligent way.

🌐 At an event that celebrates innovation, we wanted to show how technology can also bring companies closer to the public sector.

Here are some pictures of the pitch!
